Refund policy
Below we present instrustion how to make a return:
- Fill out the return form
- Be sure to include a RETURN FORM and CONFIRMATION OF PURCHASE to the products you want to return. You can download return form using that link
- Send your parcel to the address: ul. Sieminskiego 25, 44-100 Gliwice
Important information:
- You have 14 days from receiving the shipment to return the purchased goods.
- We do not accept returns sent cash on delivery or sent to a parcel locker.
- Products should be properly packed and secured.
- The returned goods should arrive intact and with the original tag and security seal attached.
- The goods cannot be dirty with powder/foundation, must not have stains or be damaged in any way.
- The goods cannot be used and cannot bear any traces of use (including the smell of perfume, cigarettes or other)
- If the returned goods show any signs of use, the return application will be rejected and the returned goods will not be accepted.
- Swimming suits are not returnable for hygiene reasons (§7 section 2 of the Store Regulations).
Returns and complaints regulations
- The buyer has the right to make a return in the heyhoney.pl online store
- The goods together with the return form should be sent to the indicated store address.
- Within 14 days of receiving the shipment, the Buyer has the right to return the shipment. We send the shipment to the address provided above along with the printed form and confirmation of purchase.
- The Seller has the right to refuse to accept the return or exchange of goods that show any signs of use beyond basic familiarization with the product, such as stains, traces of make-up, mechanical damage, lack of original tag attachment, any fragrances (perfumes, deodorants, detergents, etc.).
- The refund is not available to other business entities that received a VAT invoice for the purchase of goods. The exclusion does not cover entrepreneurs with consumer rights.
- The Seller will consider each return request within 14 days from the date of acceptance of the return, but the return form must be attached to the returned goods.
- The Seller does not accept returns of clothes sent to the company via cash on delivery or parcel lockers.
- The method of packaging and transporting goods returned to the Seller should correspond to their properties (proper packaging and protection of the goods).
- The buyer bears the cost of returning the goods.
- Complaints regarding non-compliance of goods with the contract should be submitted electronically to the following address : store@heyhoney.pl
- Consideration of a complaint may take up to 12 business days.
- In the case of a refund via quick transfer and/or PayPal - the refund will be returned to the bank account linked to the payment method.
- According to ohhoney.pl's policy, products purchased with a discount of 70% or more are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please shop carefully – this offer is final and does not include the right of withdrawal.
